Kirila Contractors, Inc. (KCI) worked extremely well with Department project personnel throughout the two year period. They always kept the IIC (Inspector-in Charge) informed of project matters, and were very diligent at planning and discussing potential issues that could impact the project. They coordinated very well with all property and business owners during phased construction of both roadway and drives.
